Adrift...
The title of my Blog page is "Life is Waiting for Us" . That title mocks me now.
Everyone has anchors in their lives. These anchors define and dictate your
persona , as much to yourself as to others. When these anchors shift or are severed, we are momentarily lost. We do not set another anchor right away because we have to sail to the next anchor or foundation. In that sailing time between anchors, we are
adrift , searching, and questioning the worth of who we are... This time, there is some sense in me that I will come through all of this and find the anchor or port again someday.... but until then , the boat is adrift...
